to treat your materials with care and respect.
We receive and
store, for a limited amount of time, certain types of information when
you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use
"cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web
browser accesses our site, in particular when you use our online
ordering system. This is done so that you don’t need to retype your
information on a given page while you are navigating through our site.
We
also receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or
give us in any other way. While some types of information are required
when placing an order with us, you can choose not to provide other
information. It may, however, affect your ordering experience. However,
you can place your order by mail, and pay with either a check or money
order instead of a credit card.
From time to time, after an
order you have placed with us has been completed, we may send you an
e-mail describing a new offer, general photo information or discount.
If you receive an email from us and do not wish to receive any more,
please reply to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Your
email address will be deleted from our mailing list.
We
generally archive all projects and images for 30 days to allow for
re-orders, changes, etc. These projects are not shared or published
without the express consent of the customer. If requested by the
customer all images and project files will be deleted from our
production servers after seven days from the time the order is sent to
the client. If a project has been deleted from our servers, there will
be no way to make a copy of the project.
Our business is
changing constantly to meet the needs of our customers, and our Privacy
Policy will change also. We stand behind the promises we make, however,
and will never materially change our policies and practices to make
them less protective of customer information without the consent of our
customers.
